I often notice things that then cause me to think the details over and more. This sign did.
It is in downtown Willoughby about 15 feet above the ground on the back side of the store front. Not very big, maybe about 2 X 4 feet.
But there it resides, over the heads of countless of people. Some long dead. How many years ago was it put there? Was it a Monday or a Thursday? Did Dave hang it or Bob? Where was it made? Toledo maybe or Cleveland.
Will it outlast me? My oldest daughter put up with a blistering cold wind while I took the picture. Maybe a long time from now she will look up at it and remember me.
