I have several books waiting in line vying for my attention. Time is required for each and will be doled out in amounts not worthy of their status. The question of time is endless, how much time is left?
The books are waiting on the shelve, placed sideways on the properly shelved books are ‘The Kitchen Readings’, 'And The Hippos Were Boiled In Their Tanks', ‘Junky’, ‘The Most Beautiful Woman in Town’, ‘American Axe’, and ‘Woody Guthrie Artworks.’
The book that is still a twinkle in my eye waits in my Barnes & Noble wish List, ‘Thelonious Monk: The Life and Times of an American Original.’
At the moment ‘Jackie Robinson’ has my reading time cornered.
